"Nick came out and quoted a carrier brand ac. My spouse called back to schedule install. We called back the day of install to verify the brand as it was not written on estimate. The lady who answered was very rude. She said it wasnt a carrier we were quoted. We asked to speak to Nick as he was the one that said it would be a Carrier. We were told Nick would call the following day. When I didnt hear from Nick I called the office and was informed the company would not service us.LOL there are plenty of AC companies I dont need yours."

"Called this company to check on my a/c. Long story short, I had some problems. Since my unit was 11 yrs old, I went ahead and bought a new one. Very professional, timely and so friendly. Lee was my salesman, Gene and Pat were the installers. I want to add that the housing around the air handler was pretty shoddy. They fixed that up also. Everybody was great to deal with. Thanks!"
