"I asked Charles to come and install a water main shut off valve for my condo unit as the only way to stop water was to find the meter and shut it there. I could not find the meter, turns out it was somewhere in the bushes in a wooded area by the building. He found it, and did the work. The price he charged was reasonable. Very professional and knowledgeable, Updated 01/17/24: I called for their services a couple more times for working on my kitchen after mold remediation and kitchen remodel. "Charles and Jill are AMAZING!!!! I called on Friday and he called me back on Saturday morning about my water heater. My water heater went out on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and we were at a loss with anyone that could help us. We ended up settling for and appointment with another company for Tuesday late afternoon, Charles called me Saturday morning asked me a few questions and I explained our situation, I sent him a few pic of my water heater and he said that with us having a child we shouldn't be without hot water, and he came right out Saturday after our conversation. They were friendly, fun, and very family oriented. They had some craziness with our water heater but got everything up and running within a couple hours. He didn't charge us any overtime or weekend charges because of what we were going through. All around a great family and I would recommend Gator Leak and Drain to anyone due to them being very helpful and courteous with great work ethic and fun personality. "Charles and his crew were very fast and efficient with the utmost professionalism. He handled my clogged lines in half a day, after we had been working on it for a week. His camera system is amazing. He was able to show me the actual clog and then he showed me the cleared lines when he was finished.
