"If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into this establishment to purchase parts for my gas trimmer. I inquired about the part and I described which one it was that I needed, down to the brand and series. Not only did he not help, but there was another man laughing at me the whole time. Extremely rude and disrespectful. When all was done, I thanked them for their time and was not even acknowledged. Poor customer service and have heard multiple complaints about it. I should have listened."

"Great place. They are really busy but it’s a small family owned shop. Owners are very fair and friendly. We originally were not sure about them cause the communication was not there but we stayed on top of it and got our machine back quickly. They even washed it. Very happy."

"Did a great job repairing our tiller. They could do a better job at communicating how long something will take. After about 7 days waiting we ended up buying a new tiller to use for our job so now we have two. He said ours was a great brand, but the other is new....which do we keep? Lol. "Great little engine repair place.. The office staff as well as mechanics are very knowledgeable in all sorts of things that pertains to small engine repair. They can and will fix anything related to gas power tools and equipment, such as riding lawn mower, chainsaws, farm equipment and shop tools. I used their services for a gas motor kit on my bike; Had my old motor started up by them when I couldn't get spark ✨ then when I blew the engine, they were glad to install a brand new one for me (out of box) break it in and provide oil/gas % that was required. They do a very fine job and pay attention to detail and customer needs.. they have a competitive rate and won't stiff you! These are your go-to guys for all your small engine repair needs!"
