"I'm a big supporter of local business. I have just moved to Yankeetown and needed a water separator for by boat. I went to Aqua Power Marine. I was greeted by a woman standing in the middle of the room who looked at me like I had just walked into her personal home. With the water separator in hand I asked her if they had a replacements for the gasket or will I need a hole new separator (mine only 4 months old and ran 6 times. A tall man spoke up and stated that a new filter is inexpensive leading the woman to replay "Oh I wouldn't put that old one on my boat look at all that" pointing to the water on the top. It was raining hard. Already not impressed with the service thus far. I asked her if she can find me a replacement. She walks behind the counter and sits down While the tall gentleman walks over to the shelf and proceeds to locate the part for me. Come to find out he didn't work for the shop nor did he even know the woman working there. I received better customer service from a customer. I will not be return costumer."

"I went to Aqua Power Marine when I was fishing out of Yankeetown. It was a holiday weekend, and I couldn't get my steering to work. They couldn't get it in to fix it that day, but did take the time to show me on a new part, what was wrong. They even let me borrow a tool to work on it. I have since been using them for my regular maintenance and have been very pleased."
