"This has been the roughest experience I've had with a service company. The women who answers the call is the rudest I've dealt with. Absolutely nasty from jump street. This has been such a poor experience, that I fired them in the middle of warranty work to actually pay someone to get it done. They've swapped out every part on a minisplit and it still doesn't work. Rookies at best. Totally train wreck. They've been swapping parts for 3 weeks, and just told me it will be 3-4 more weeks to get the 4th or 5th part they've tried. It doesn't take 5-8 weeks to repair an 18 month old MiniSplit. Or at least it shouldn't. I can handle delays, but I can't handle an endlessly rude office staff to compliment their repair failures."

"VERY VERY GOOD, AC went out in the middle of the night, called GW Services first thing, spoke to a technician (didn't get a name) he said he'd be there by noon, he showed up at 9:30 AM and had us up and running in about 40 minutes, and the cost was very reasonable, the man was very courteous, Thanks GW"

"Not impressed, too many return trips and still have issues. Kept sending the same techs back that couldn't get it right the first time. No returned call by owner as requested or site follow up by a supervisor of any kind. Big hole in ductwork with leaks and lack of good insulation around the old worn old ductwork that was left instead of replacing as they had advised i do and agreed with. I'm guessing most people would not climb in attic to check behind someone's work like I did. Very nice people (so far) but 2nd rate work by this team. Check behind their work folks."
