"I called “Reliable Air” simply wanted to have some ducts relocated. When Kahn and his help arrived, they recommended moving my furnace. I liked the plan that they came up with, and asked to put on their schedule. Kahn said it would be a couple weeks. It has been several months now... I have called MANY times and left messages with no response, and they don’t answer their phones. I still need the work done so I can finish my other projects but I’m going to have to hire a professional company that responds to calls and messages. So if you’re looking for someone responsive look elsewhere. As to the quality of their work, I have no idea because they won’t show back up. Or even respond. If they don’t want to do my job, it wouldn’t be that hard to just tell me, I’m an easy going guy and know that not all jobs are desirable."

"They are not reliable. They don't call. You are just lucky when they show up. Owner told my daughter that it was her fault her air conditioner froze because she kept her temp lower than 74 degrees. I know many people who keep their on 70 degrees with out problems. They must use a more reliable and professional air conditioning business."
