"We have used different Roto Rooter branches across the FL, AL, and MS Gulf Coasts for years. We own a chain of laundromats. Today we had a backup at our location in Springfield and I asked the manager to call Roto Rooter. She called me back immediately to say they quoted $600. I was shocked. This was normal business hours and a relatively easy drain. I asked her to call another company. Within an hour Drain Doctors in Panama City had us flowing again for $217. I've had good success with Roto Rooter branches before anyone who calls this branch needs to be cautious of this outrageous pricing."
