"June 2015 I hired Plumb Better to replace my private well pump and tank. They did an outstanding job. August 2016 I had no water to the house. I checked the pump and it was running but was not pushing any water. I called Plumb Better because they had initially installed it. They came out, discovered the suction side of the pump had a bad PVC piece (threads were cracked) and also the discharge side PVC piece was loose. They replaced both bad parts, primed the pump and VIOLA I had water again. I went to pay for it but the tech said it's covered under warranty, NO CHARGE! People, you can trust this company. They'll take care of you."
