"Used them twice so far. Once for a google pixel 6 pro screen replacement, did a fast and amazing job. Once for a samsung s22 ultra screen replacement, Spen no longer functions as it is supposed to, reached out to the shop and said this was normal after a screen replacement but I was not notified of this before the replacement or I wouldve not proceeded. Contacted Samsung and samsung stated that if the screen is swapped with samsung parts then there should be no issue with the Spen. Contacted shop again, he offered to swap the screen again but that I would have the same issue. So if you have samsung phones go to a genuine service center so that the repair is warrantied."
