"Ohana is simply the best company for any heating and cooling need possible. Their prices are competitive, their service is punctual and extremely thorough! Back in 2021 my wife and I were on vacation and when we can home we noticed a ticking that no one could diagnose. It sounds almost made up, but within 10 minutes of inspecting the inside and outside unit they knew what the issue was and we’re even able to replicate it! After my Home Warranty Company (Home Warranty of America) had a tech come out and diagnose the same problem and issue as Ohana, they denied the repair on the part that was the issue. Even their own technician was surprised that they did not approve the part repair. After 6-7 quotes for a system replacement( to include Ohana’s) they were the clear choice by 500 miles. Their transparency, explanation and guidance was amazing. They will not simply take your money they’ll make sure you understand what you truly need and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need or things that will cause problems in the future.
