"WOW. Just got off the phone with a rep trying to set up service and confirm previous homeowners no longer have access to the home we are now living in and all she could tell me is they shouldn't . The soonest they could get someone out there is Feb 19th and i have to wonder if the previous owners have acess to our camera for over 3 weeks. Not a good way to start with a new customer."
