They are either extremely Lazy, unmotivated and couldn't care less about the customer experience or how their "service" reflects upon the company or they are mentally handicapped and dont know any better. Its difficult to detwrmine what the case is. In either instance, 7-Eleven won't get another dime of my business."

"Now,am I wrong, but any lottery retailer cashes in tickets to a certain time ect. Well, the clerk told me he cant cash my 500 dollar ticket...smh..says on the back Any lottery retailer will cash in anything under 600.. the clerk said new owner refuses to payout anyone over 200. Sad, I bought the ticket at this location as well. I had to go get help from another retailer who did cash me out without hesitation. I never heard of a lottery retailer say they wont pay out a customer. I wonder how the owner feels knowing he just lost a regular customer who has shopped here for over 4 years because of lack of smarts with staff at night. Day staff is awesome. Night shift.. smile more, do you jobs and since I'm telling all about the night shift. They cuss while in conversation with other clerks with children in the line and not to mention ignore the guests. They are trying to act hard and tuff like these young boys feel like they gotta prove something. Previous owner, No Problems! New owner new employees and no common sense only the day shift employees have common sense and that's probably because the manager stayed from last owner to new owner. The best thing about this store is Jessica!!!"

"bought an amazon gift card was no good. There gift cards are on paper for amazon paper cards and when you pull away the sticker for the number to use it pulls the number off with it. took it back in as could not use Bill Campbell was very rude basic said that's what I get for scratching to hard. would not refund my money had my reciept had bought 6 hours early took home to use no good. Buyer beware. Horrible company. Horrible man. Left in tears."

"I love the staff in this store. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and warm. We stop in daily and the staff greet us and talk to us like friends stopping in for coffee! They have pretty good convience food here here and will make it to order. The bathrooms and store are usually clean, and everything in working order. The merchandise is all organized and easy to see. This is my favorite 7- eleven."
