"I tried to get services from Emerald Coast. When I called in to speak to the worker coming out, the worker said that he spoke to my wife and never bothered to call my number. Lied about talking to my wife stated that my wife didn't know about coming out for our appointment. She was the one who made the appointment. The worker told me to call the main office. When I did, the main guy lied again about calling our numbers. Stated that he called 3 numbers, we only have 2 numbers. He tried to lie again that he got the wrong number from my wife. He wrote down the wrong number and wrong address. Not once did he apologize or try to make things right. Not trustworthy as business. Should not be in business. Seek another business!!!"

"If you need septic tank work done, Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic is the company to call. While other companies said they could schedule us in the next day or later, Emerald returned a phone message and said they could be out that afternoon. No one predicts a septic tank problem and no one wants to wait 24 or 48 hours to get it corrected. Thanks to Emerald, we didn’t have a prolonged problem. They guys showed up on time, located the tank, dug up the tank lids, pumped the tank, and had everyone closed up in 45 mins. Their guy answered all my questions and gave me some advice to prevent further problems. Great communication, professional service, and a very reasonable price."
