My husband called him the morning our dryer timer broke and he was at the house in just a couple hours to examine the timer and determine no additional parts would be necessary for the repair. He then drove to get the part and returned a few hours later to complete the repair. He talked with me about what happened to the timer and we chatted about life. He was very pleasant and when I called him a few days later because the new knob cracked, he was happy to help me troubleshoot! Thankfully he had told me to keep the old knob just in case (since they’re just hunks of plastic) so it was an easy swap! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you, Mr. Smith!"
