"He was assigned by our home warranty. He tried to add extra items to charge us out of pocket and he stole all of our coolant out of our system so that another HVAC company could not diagnose our system. When he initially came, he replaced a cable, when I called to say that our house was not cooling, he said that it was just hot outside and that I was basically dumb. He came back and said he misdiagnosed the issue. It was missing a coil but said he could not get it for 10 weeks. Other contractors could get it in 2 days. He was going to charge us a $200 administrative/paperwork fee, "modification fees" which is on top of what the home warranty paid him. We ended up just buying a new system out of frustration."
"Called Robert on Wednesday afternoon and we are in the middle of the worst heat wave and he put me on the schedule for on Friday afternoon. He called prior to coming. When he arrived I showed him a video I took of what was happening and he knew right away it was either 2 things or hopefully 1 or the other. Well, turns out it need both. He went to work and everything was fixed and working great. Robert is professional, knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Any future need Robert is my HVAC guy. I highly recommend him."

He came in and explained exactly what he was going to do and was able to get the parts quickly to get the repair done within a few days.
