"Please get a inspection before you buy any of the manufactured homes! We were told that we didn't need a inspection and our GRU bills on a good month $200-250 per month but, sometimes it is around $300-$350. there's no insulation at all. There's just the inside and the outside walls.but, we did pay off our loan within 8.5 years. But I would not recommend young kids as one of my sons has walked by an obvious drug deal going on around 10 years ago and my other son was attacked & hit on his head had to get staples in hiis scalp not much later then that. I suppose that hasn't happened in a while but, just DONT let your kids or tenscwalk buy the mailboxes after dark."
"Say No to Yes communities. I've lived here for almost 2 years. What's important to know: #1 Make sure you have your attorney on retainer before you consider Hidden Oaks or any Yes Community. #2 Do not purchase a home here. You will be disregarded completely. Renters have more rights than you do according to Cedric in the office, including damaging your now owned property that they won't fix, or will fix in a subpar way. #3 Complaints about anything (drugs, threats, violence, kids damaging your home, etc) will get you retaliated against. I gave them a fighting chance, and even helped them, but after six months of experiencing retaliation every time I contacted the office, and then Cedric finally getting real in a phone conversation, I have no choice but to go legal. #3 Cedric's response to me asking if we can resolve things instead of going legal was, "No problem! I get sued all the time!" In summary, they don't want to do their job and don't honor their word or lease agreement. Corporate Yes Community is about the same. Called, gave them a brief summary, someone was going to call back, that was two months ago. And Cory's gone now, so RIP decency in business. Go somewhere else, ANYwhere else."
"A place to live that was affordable at the time we needed and that’s where it stopped. They do not follow American Disability Act Laws. They allow residents with multiple-per-week domestic disputes calls with Shooting incidents involving multiple officers to stay living there. Never mind the multiple children who reside within each neighborhood. The office, besides one lovely female office management member, is impossible to contact/request contact from. Their service department is helpful in a time frames they find it convenient, not for the resident actively paying rent who requests it. They are Slum Lords who sell what-should-be-criminal mortgages to meet their bottoms line and commission, with no shame. Your rent increases to monthly if they are trying to sell and your lease is up, with no recourse for you. Would not recommend."
"I have to say, my experience with living in Hidden Oaks Community was fantastic. From the point of moving in throughout my stay all the way to my departure. One of the greatest points of my experience with Hidden Oaks Was with the office and managerial staff. my leasing agent, Corey, made the whole process from application to move in, extremely smooth and comfortable for me, while keeping things very low pressure and making me feel important as a tenant. As well as my experiences with both Dolores and Cedric. Home when dealing with any kind of issues during my stay were not just helpful in finding me resolutions, but made me feel as though they had a genuine concern to resolve the issue themselves. I greatly appreciated my time at Hidden Oaks and would highly recommend this community for anybody who is looking for a quiet and family friendly community."
"This is a great place to live. Was tired of renting but wasn’t ready to buy my forever home. Came in not really sure what to expect. Corey walked with me step by step. He made sure I had no questions about anything. Bought a home, he didn’t stop there. Corey, The office Manager Cedric, and the other staff Dee; has done a terrific job making sure the community is welcoming and clean. I think I made a great decision becoming apart of this community."
