"After we rented a home for $4,000 per month we reported on June 1 that the AC did not work properly. Styockton sent a tech out that wouldn't touch the system because "it was broken and it would void the warranty". We never heard back from Stockton until we followed up and were told....."that's the way the air conditioning works". After repeated calls, Stockton agreed the system was broken and now "parts have been ordered and they will be in touch with you" is what we heard from Lisa. Who is "they"? When will it be repaired? All questions that go unanswered. Horrific experience and wouldn't rent nor allow them to lease a property that I owned."

The furnishings were impeccable and the decor was so welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed which is what you would expect from a beach front rental. It was right on the beach with so many amenities offered to the renter. Large spacious rooms, galley kitchen with updated appliances, and an elevator. It was absolutely perfect.
