"Gina is awesome!!! I showed up unannounced for a tour in a thunderstorm and she went above and beyond to help me and has continued to do so. Anytime I have questions (trust me I ask a lot of questions) she is eager to help and always has an amazing attitude. I went back and forth on what was best for my family and it was nice to have her listen and not get frustrated! She truly cares about future residents and has their best interest in mind. ***updated review 01/28/24 We have been living here for 3 months and it has been great. My original review raved about Gina who left right before we moved in BUT since we moved in we have had nothing but a great experience with Matthew in the leasing office. I would consider myself a bit of a high maintenance tenant and he has been so accommodating! Recently my son was locked out of our unit and I was at work and Matthew went over and let him in which he didn’t have to do but then appreciated that so much. Anytime I have asked for help I have received a response the same day. I have also referred others to tour Cadence and they have also had a great experience with Matthew. We love living here and having someone so friendly and accommodating is the cherry on top!"

"When I first moved in over a year ago, I did nothing but rave about this place. The leasing agent at the time, Ms Gina, always went above and beyond and had the best customer service. Since she left the guest relations have plummeted rapidly! The leasing office Never returns calls. Ever, ever, ever! There is Hardly Ever anyone in the actual office to speak with. Maintenance….terrible. I’ve been waiting almost a Month for maintenance to return to my unit for a simple water filter reset. They love adding fees, but they hate having to do work. Lastly, yes this is a pet friendly environment but our leases urge the owners to pick up after their babies and of course there is a noise ordinance which is NEVER upheld! I’m constantly woken up at all times of the day and night by barking dogs. Unfortunately I had a few family deaths in August that prevented me from having the time to search for a new home. And I was forced to renew my lease. One of the worst decisions I’ve made in a while. 1/10 Do Not Recommend!!"

"So very grateful to have found Cadence when looking for places to live in Jacksonville! I have a dog and he loves living here just as much as I do. I can't say enough good things about the leasing and maintenance staff they are simply the best! Matt, Gina, Drew and Josh are all so wonderful just to name a few. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that the residents are happy. I've never had a maintenance request go unanswered for more than a few hours, and the office staff is always happy to answer any questions I have. I also love the Nocatee community itself. There is so much to do and see in the area, from shopping and dining to parks and recreation. I also appreciate that Cadence is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Overall, I highly recommend Cadence at Nocatee to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to live in Jacksonville.
