"We rented the 43rd floor penthouse at Hyde Beach House. We loved the Condo and location. We had great service from the team at AMMOS. We were always able to reach them. Check-in was at 4pm and they keep to that but the resort gave us a pass to the 6th floor pool area while our Condo was being cleaned for us. Thank you AMMOS for a great Experience!!! "I made a reservation months ago for December. After making the reservation, I made my plane tickets, car rental and a series of other activities. I now get a cancellation because the "price was mistaken". What happened was AMMOS saw the ability to charge higher and cancelled without regard to myself and my kids and all the money we invested into this trip. LEAVING ME HIGH AND DRY!!!!!! This is a terrible business practice with no regard for clients that put money down and trust. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER and the management won't even have a conversation about their actions. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!"
