The Plaza Live

"The Plaza Live is under a complete renovation. They should not be hosting events. My wife and I went to see Napoleon Dynamite and the venue was horrible. The auditorium was so uncomfortably hot that even the performers mentioned it and were affected. The paint fumes were so heavy I got a headache. The curtain on the stage obstructed our view of the movie being shown. By obstructed I mean we could only see half of the screen so we paid to sit for the duration of an entire movie and couldn't enjoy it. The staff seemed inexperienced and unequiped to handle the problem. Fortunately, the live part of the show was outstanding, and despite the horrible venue, everyone seemed happy. Finally, we were ushered out a side door and there was no chance to talk to anyone about our experience. Just to make it clear, the show was awesome, The Plaza Live was horrible. I will not visit this venue again. I actually felt embarrassed for the performers. It was like they booked an old skating rink."

"Not one bad seat in the house! There is an upstairs balcony with reserved seating if you don’t want to do general admission on the main floor. They also have a full bar with snacks!"

"The venue is currently under construction. Very nice people who served great drinks and kept the lines moving. I'm excited to see the finished updates. We're hoping they plan to have stadium seating."

"The place is under a remodel. The front was fenced off with no signs telling you where to enter. The lobby is under remodeling also. Once you enter the theater it was better. They do need to staircase the sitting, because once people stand up, you can't see anything."

"My dad used to go see movies here, now I see concerts! It's a local legend of a location. They just recently renovated the spire. I've gone for its parking lot parties like Krampusfest, seen intimate shows, & seen massive fun shows here. The balcony is very comfortable & you can see from anywhere on the ground. They have seats or sometimes clear the floor. They have a full service bar & small entry area. It's always a blast with great employees."
