"This is the worst property management office I have ever dealt with in my life. The property manager Suzy is extremely rude, unprofessional and lacks decorum. She has a temper that is not befitting her position. She screams at you while talking. She is very condescending and has a very poor attitude. She never responds to emails or phone calls. She is the worst I have seen in any office. She obviously is there to fight and not reslove anything or provide customer service. does not take pride in her job."
"After miscommunication and several trips to the office for a transponder that was never received by the owner of property, was left waiting for almost an hour to then be confronted by Susey Uriarte unethical behavior and terrible manners, accused of already receiving it without proof and was uncompliant to any questions of concern, then I was threatened to not speak in behalf of my significant other who is the owner of the property, completely unprofessional left not just myself but others that were present shocked by the disrespect. Then preceeds to rudely walk away and slams door shut. Absolutely unnecessary! All I was going to say was to please give us a call once information from the transponder was confirmed because we no longer had the time to wait."

"I am sadly reading the other negative reviews from this company that I have experienced. The positive services in this community do NOT come from Vesta. I have lived here since '94 and have NEVER been treated like this by any management company. Vesta is very unprofessional, unapproachable and unavailable plus all of a sudden seems very ANGRY!! I just got 2 violations and have heard other neighbors are experiencing the same. Never mind that one was in the hospital, my house just got tented, someone got a massive sticker on their guest's car parked for an hour in front of their house. These violations are generously doled out with threats that if no response is made in 7 days, serious consequences are listed resulting in liens/loss of property if the said violations are not strictly adhered to. Sadly no email is available for that communication to be possible! Phone numbers we have for Vesta result in voicemails with no response. We have been DENIED our use of our bulk trash pickup service we are automatically billed for via our yearly Real Estate Tax bills because of Vesta's restriction! Our complains go nowhere because no one from Vesta is available to listen. DO NOT USE this company and avoid living in a community they manage. Vesta's style of 'management' sadly includes a rude staff which is very strange since WE pay THEM!! I am also noticing Vesta putting the blame on the 'board' in many instances. I find it hard to believe our board members would approve of this 'style' of inconsistency of over the top tyranny to doing nothing. Folks in power have a choice and when it's abused, we notice! I see you are confused about our communication that has been 'frequent' and 'pleasant'. My review was critical of no response from Vesta when many attempts to phone our local folks in charge of managing us. I got a return call after phoning the J'ville #. I spoke with a gentleman from WPB and later a kind lady who is in charge of our community. My attempts to get in touch to no avail were so consistent I stopped trying until I got 2 violation notices with no way to respond within the 7 days which is why I called the J'ville #. I hope that clears up any confusion. My grievances are valid. My last concern involves ATT putting in lines and tearing up our lawns and we were never given directives as to 'why' by Vesta. I heard from a resident ATT was adding 5K to existing clients with ATT contracts. I am in a dead ATT signal zone. Another example of us being left in the dark. I was clearly informed I could no longer use my bulk pickup we are billed for we are entitled to have. So the alternative would be? Hope this clears up any misunderstanding."
