"Always a fan of house of blues! Having to wait over an hour outside in the cold to get into the venue was not pleasant but understandable. It’s a nice more intimate venue where I recommend you arrive early to stand in the more preferable areas. The sound was good. The white lights were really bright from where I was standing but it was the first time that happened. I’ve seen mayday parade here as well as Pimpinela."

"Great venue!! Went to dinner before hand at The House of Blues restaurant and then here for The Interrupters after. We were down in the pit pretty close to the stage. Bands were incredible! Saw Radke, Big D and The Kids Table, The Slackers, and The Interrupters. Amazing punk bands. If you're into punk, definitely recommend seeing these bands in concert! They all put off Amazing energy! The Interrupters love their fans and really play into the crowd! Caught The Guitarists pick, which was really freaking awesome!! Can't wait to see them again!"

"Went here to see Bad Omens w/ I See Stars and Erra, worth every penny! The organization of the house of blues staff getting people in properly was quite disorganized tbh, it also seemed like they were having sound issues as well before they started but it seemed to smooth out before the performances thank goodness. As much as the venue was tight packed, I'd do it all over again in a heart beat. TIPS FOR VISITORS: Get there early, especially if you're expecting it to be packed for the performance. It is a very small space towards the center of the venue. There are balconies above if you prefer not to be in the crowd, and spots to the sides (outside of the middle section). For BO, it was packed tight like a can of sardines but I still had a blast either way."
