Your living room is fully equipped with a 50-inch Slim LED TV for cozy evenings or a relaxing afternoon on the couch. You have a US DVD player as well as US Basic TV to choose your preferred program. You will find wireless internet and multiple cable TV channels for your selection. You will have more than enough beach and bath towels and other inventory available. You will not lack for anything.

In your spacious open bright white kitchen with a pass-through bar to the veranda, you will not lack for anything. Everything is at your disposal here, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. You will have ice cubes available whenever you want them through the direct water connection. You simply hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice, or a cool Coca Cola. There is plenty of dishes and cutlery to serve several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cozy dining table on the terrace by candlelight.

Your master bathroom features a modern tiled walk-in shower where you can refresh yourself. Your guest bathrooms each have a walk-in shower and are located directly next to the rooms for your privacy. This room layout is ideal if you are traveling with friends and each wants their own separate area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with a comfortable pillow-top mattress. It also has its own LED flat-screen TV with cable and boasts an extremely generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and canal. You have your own access to the pool and terrace area from this room. The guest room features a queen-size bed, an LED TV, and a ceiling fan for additional circulation of cool air on warmer days. The view here is also oriented over the pool deck and the canal. Guest bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed with a view of the green front yard. All windows in this villa are newly installed with white frames.

In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), you have both comfort furniture and dining furniture available. The dining area includes a table with integrated tiles; there are 6 seats available here with a view of the canal. At your dining table under the lanai, there is seating for 4 people. Here you can spend a cozy day by the pool reading a book in peace, listening to the fountain's trickle in the sun, or simply spending a cozy evening with friends. Enjoy the peace and relaxation. The pool, with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m size, is exceptionally large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool in the summer on hot days as well as in the winter on warm days, optionally heated. There is also a large integrated hot tub for relaxation. Both with a view of the beautiful, quiet, and idyllic canal. Pool loungers are available for you free of charge.

Further amenities of the villa include Keyless Entry (no key is needed, you will receive a four-digit code from us which will be your house key). The Google Box connects the multimedia world in one device and offers you World Wide Web TV at the touch of a button with a remote control. Simply surf to your desired website, search the media library for your show, and play it on the TV. It's easy and you won't miss out on anything. In addition to your regular filter coffee machine, a Tassimo Easy T-Disc is available to you. Tassimo offers perfect coffee enjoyment in just one press of a button in many different variations, espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino, or others. The T-Discs are available everywhere in stores like Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, or many others.

All prices are plus Florida Sales & Tourist Tax, which must be paid by us. The rental price already includes water and sewage fees, waste disposal, pool service, and gardener care. $25.00 electricity flat rate is included per week, then each additional kWh is charged at $0.14. A reading of the electricity meter will be taken at check-in and check-out.
