"Bab experience ... The house is not clean at all. Dirt in every corner inside the house and the outside is worst. Not professional at all. We called the manager Tony to let him know the water level in the pool seams to be low and he told me to turn on the valve outside to ad water in to the pool my self I said no and he did not have the Choice and he came to do it him self... The A/C is set at 75 but the temp inside the house is 78 and probably 85 in the master bedroom. We left a message to Tony and Never call back. He never showed Up. The Day after so ,saturday morning, He blamed me because they will have to pay double price for a service call on saturday ... But I called him on friday at 3pm when the problem apeared but he never call back or showed Up on friday... He was angry to pay $150 when we spent $10k to rent that house for a month. Hopefully a lady named Kathi came on saturday morning to help and fix the problem. It was my first rental with Them and unfortunately probably my last one."
