"Great condo overall and superb location. Our place was just not as clean as I was expecting. The sheets had to be replaced , they did not look fresh. Not nearly enough towels for the family. Please invest in better linens/comforters and improve housekeeping and it will be an amazing place."

"We love unit 512GF! The updates the new owner did has made this condo even more amazing . The beach view from patio is awesome ! The only thing I would recommend is a new mattress and curtains in master suite ! We book our summer weeks vacation in this condo every year !! Love it !!"

"Unfortunately, we booked this resort the exact same time a family of 20+ booked multiple rooms throughout the complex. Their children sounded like they were running on the roof they were so loud. Our alarm clocks consisted of these children waking up and running down the halls to the other family members rooms, screaming from their balconies and taking over any and all of the communal areas available to the complex… including the pool. The drunk adults would encourage chaotic pool behavior even with little kids in the pool. The pool had well over 30 people in it at one time. The massive group would swarm the communal balcony on the fourth and fifth floor each evening in attempt to play drinking games and scream until 2 in the morning. We asked the families/children multiple times to not run in the hall. Management did nothing. It was very disappointing and loud. We will not be returning. Pros: walking distance to Capt Curt’s, Daquiri Deck and the Toasted Mango. Easy beach access. Clean basic rooms. 2 free beach chairs but umbrella is $90 for the week. Free parking."

"Stayed in 315 and loved the new decorations and furniture. Beautiful spot over the beach and pool. The staff is really making the HoS a top SK property and I recommend it highly. Easy walks to great restaurants and nightlife. Best beach in the country."
