"Horrific service. I signed a 6 month contract to sell my home. The listing agent Maryann was lackluster about conducting open houses and showings. She insisted that in order to sell the home that we take out a 3rd loan to fix the bathroom. I let the contract lapse after weekly pressure to keep lowering the asking price. They are now suing me for selling my own home to a buyer I procured myself who was a former resident of my neighborhood. The whole business is unethical, lazy, and simply could not get the job done. I do NOT recommend Wagner realty for anyone at any time..crooks."
