"Wonderful spacious townhouse for our family stay to visit DisneyWorld! It was a 30 min drive & we used Western Way to avoid some busier roadways. There were 5 of us for 3 bedroom/3 baths which was heavenly! One queen bed downstairs & king in master & 2 twins in other bedroom upstairs. Spacious bathrooms with shower on first floor & in master & bathtub for twin bedroom. 5 tvs, one in each bedroom, living room & large sitting room upstairs between the bedrooms. Small enclosed pool was a nice bonus although it was too cold for us to enjoy. (For an additional fee for visits over 5 days you could heat) Washer & dryer upstairs & large kitchen full of appliances for cooking if you wish. Space for 2 cars outside. Easy to prepare to leave by throwing trash in bins behind unit & loading the dishwasher. In a new subdivision with no drive by traffic, so quiet. Many fastfood & dining restaurants, Publix, & Aldi & Walmart within 10-15 min. Took us an hour to drive to Sanford International airport with MCO being about 45 min. Very clean. Beds were a little hard for my preference. Windows have wooden blinds, not room darkening, so pack a sleep mask. I would still return in a heartbeat."

"Great House! The big kitchen was a huge draw for us! Loved cooking a Nd sharing meals in this big space. Not to mention two refrigerators and two dish washers!! Overall we enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! Thank you."

"Our family had a really nice stay at this home. Very clean, spacious, kids loved it. Very grateful we added the pool heater option. Would highly recommend. Process from start to finish was exactly as we were told."

"The location was perfect. Not too far from Disney parks, also location was near Walmart, Starbucks and other restaurants. The condo/apartment was clean and beds were very comfortable. There were some stains here in there on carpet and chairs but I blame guests that don’t respect other people’s property. Over all… I would definitely stay again and look forward to seeing this home again soon."

"**** UPDATE The company contacted me and my family and I had a great new experience with Intteli. We stayed at another house, and everything went super well! I believe we had some miscommunication during our first stay, which has been completely solved this time around. I really appreciate the company reaching out to me and making itself available to solve the issues. Definitely a new, better experience! Terrible experience. The house had broken pool coverage, broken window shades, broken food disposal device (which they told me to fix). Not only that, but the worst part: the house was super dirty. They were not even able to vacuum the carpets and floor. There were lint and plastic tags all over the rooms. The dinner area floor was dirty (crumbs all over the floor). The closet door in one of the rooms simply fell of out of nothing. Unfortunately, the person on whatsapp didn’t really care about it. I would definitely not recommend and not use this company anymore."
