"My family stayed at 7024 Oakwood street. The house was filthy, semen stains on the sheets, no towels, no dish detergent, toilets showers everything else was horrible. The home smelled like dog urine. The TV didn’t even work in two of the bedrooms. I called the on call service number no one called back until the following day after multiple calls. I finally spkw Kathy and she was in agreement that the home was unkept. She offered us a $200 refund for cleaning fee which was unacceptable because we had to go and buy things to clean, stay in filth. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused! Beware …. Pictures were very deceiving."

"We had a wonderful week in Florida staying on the Sunset Lakes complex. The house was beautiful, just what we needed to come home to after busy days having fun at the parks. The rooms were large and comfortable, equipped with all that you would need, we felt very at home there. The children (and adults!) loved the pool and spacious outdoor seating area and the view of the lake was perfect. We felt very safe there with the gated access. We loved the welcome basket of essential food goodies and treats for the children. We would definitely return for a visit and would highly recommend.
