"This place is a mess. Ordered and paid for a door over a month ago and I can't get a straight answer on when they are installing it. The minute they took my money, POOF!, not a word. They could care less about whether I get my product or not. And good luck calling the store and actually speaking to anyone who can offer any assistance whatsoever. After waiting 30 min to speak to someone, I get put on hold and then routed to some random voicemail. Happens. Every. Time. I have no time to deal with such a terrible level of customer service. I get that they have to coordinate with outside vendors, but get it together Home Depot. I have spent so much money with this Retailer and I am DONE."

"We recently had a fence installed by a Hd contractor, and they left their trash behind. When the contractor contacted me to rate them , I asked if they were coming to pick up they trash they left behind. Their response was No, it's not in the contract. This is typical of South Florida contractors but I didn't expect it from HD. I'm not using them for any other projects."
