Disney's All-Star Movies Resort

"Here right now, TV did not work and toilet leaked the entire week. Called the front desk 3 times to fix it. Ended up putting a trash can under the reservoir to catch the water. Spoke with management and they said sorry, would have been great if we could have gotten a new room or got the problem fixed after the first two calls. I have stayed at the contemporary, the Polynesian, Coronado, Art of Animation, and have never had an issue. I guess Disney has gotten enough of my money, not coming back any time soon."

"We stayed four nights at the love bug. It was great. The room was super clean. It was nice. They came in every other day made at the beds fresh linen emptied the trash, clean the room. Everybody at the resort was so friendly and helpful. The food court was amazing the food there was great arcade was a lot of fun for the kids. It was a short walk to the front to load on the buses buses came regularly very little white time. This is my first trip to Disney and it was fantastic."

"It's a cute hotel if you really want something Disney themed that is not exorbitantly expensive. For the most part staff was friendly and the room was nice. The downside is that they do not clean the rooms. They just take out the trash and change towels every other day. That makes this hotel cost more than the value you get. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with two housekeeping cast members that just dumped a bag full of towels on our room. However, after I talked with a front desk cast member they were able to help us and gave us a free meal we weren't really expecting. The early entry to parks was a great benefit too and made a huge difference in what we were able to experience."

"Ive stayed at this resort twice now and have had great experiences both times. When going to Disney (in my opinion) the room is just a place to keep your stuff and sleep while you spend all day at the parks!! For those times when you need a break or just want to relax this place is great....all the decorating and poolside activities or movies are great for the kids!! The mobile ordering is amazing, please keep that service!! Shuttle service is incredible short waits every time!! Also when we did have a couple issues they were resolved ASAP, I even stopped at the front desk to ask for extra pillows which were delivered before I could even get back to my room!!! Highly recommend!!"

"My son met Calvin and boy oh boy was that the best part of his Disney Day. He was a great Mickey Impersonator. And when we got back from Magic Kingdom he made sure to ask all about his day.
