"Extremely unprofessional. I hired Ramon to install a glass shower door, he sent me an invoice and we agreed on the price 2 weeks in advanced. The day comes to install the glass doors and Ramon shows up with his wife to my condo. I show them the bathroom and they said it's no problem. Then they go back to their van and tell me their gonna be right back as they need to grab some tool from down the street. Then they completely just take off and never come back! No text no call. I text and call them to no answer. Even hours later. Then I have my friend call them and the wife answes, and as soon as I speak on the line the wife goes silent.
