"Horrible experience! Definitely not a professional business. I took my Macbook Pro to get a keyboard replaced, They lost my charger and had me take multiple trips from different locations to pick it up. Got my computer and a week later my keyboard “Shift” button stopped working. Frustrated with my experience i took it to FixMyPc Store only to find out that my computer had the wrong keyboard installed, stripped bolts and used parts from another MacBook swapped over something i would’ve never noticed had i brought it back to them. Now my computer needs and battery and another keyboard installed and all they offered was a discount on repair and free diagnostic as if i will trust them to work on my computer again. DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER!"

"****WARNING!!!!!! Do NOT bring your iPhone there. I wish I’d read previous reviews but I rushed to get My screen fixed. Not only will your phone display a warning that the parts aren’t genuine (I can live with that) but somehow they messed up My camera. Now it says My camera does not have genuine apple parts. I never went in to fix My camera. Just the screen. I asked him about it and he said he didn’t touch the camera. My camera now operates completely differently than before. And there’s a shadow on it. The repair guy doesn’t speak much English either so addressing issues with him did not help. I could’ve went to Apple directly and paid an extra $10! Yes!!! TEN BUCKS and I could’ve avoided all this. Their warranty is trash as well don’t bother there. I hate to leave a review like this but I promise you DO NOT go to these people. I don’t know about Android phones but if u have an Apple product avoid this place at all cost!"

"Very fast, helped with everything I need, even helped me back up an old phone. I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a great job for a cheap price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Taylor was really great, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Best spot in Wellington"

"Apple could not help me with their own products, although I do applaud them for referring me to Taylor at Ifixandrepair who did not even charge me for removing my cracked military phone case. When I need tech repair while at the Wellington mall, I’ll go to Taylor first before I go to Apple."
