"I had a pleasant experience at this place. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the seats were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. The food, although a bit salty for my taste, was still appreciated. However, be cautious of the parking situation as the Premium Parking company seems untrustworthy. It's advisable to take a photo to document your arrival time in case they try to boot your vehicle, as they have been known to do so."

"We recently had a fantastic experience at Silver Spot Cinema. We accidentally bought four tickets for movies at a different location of this cinema chain. When we arrived at the intended theater in Brickell Downtown Miami, the manager, Vanessa, was incredibly accommodating. She not only provided us with tickets for the current movie showing but also graciously offered two complimentary tickets for a future film. We are genuinely grateful for such excellent service. It was a superb experience. Thank you!"

"Came for a late night showing of Mission Impossible. Good movie. Lots of action and edge. Will have to wait for Part 2! The movie theatre wad good. Love that I can get my tickets on the app, and order my popcorn (and other foods and drinks) to be brought to my seat. The place is very nice and the bar areas are great. 2 comments: I think seats will need refurbishing soon. And, they offer close caption but the last three times I've been there we never got the little machine. At least last night the guy knew what I was talking about. He said we had to wait for the manager and he made a note of our seats but, manager never came. Please fix that and make close caption available at the entrance. Thank you ."

"This was my first visit to the movie theater in Miami & it was so beautiful. It's about 5 levels of theaters, sitting areas, popcorn, beverage & food areas - it feels like a luxury building. It blew me away how beautiful & clean this theater was. The chairs for the IMAX are amazing & I loved the food service to my seat. The bathrooms are so clean & well kept which is a big deal at movie theaters! Also the team that works there is amazing, from the ticket buying experience to getting to my seat I met some wonderful people that work here. Shout out to Angel, Pedro & Leonardo for making my first time at Silverspot so perfect! I absolutely recommend this movie theater to anyone who loves going to the movies in style & leisure!"
