"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current state of Natures Retreat in Deep Creek Lake. Unfortunately, my group experience has been marred by several concerning issues that demand immediate attention. Upon arrival, we discovered the property to be unacceptably dirty, with noticeable mold and spider webs in various areas. The home also smelled of mildew. This not only poses serious health risks but also reflects a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the irregular heating system made it challenging to maintain a comfortable living environment in rooms upstairs. The inconsistent temperatures not only affected our well-being but also raise concerns about the functionality of the property’s essential utilities. Equally alarming was the presence of unsecured/broken windows and doors, compromising the safety and security of the premises. This is a clear violation of the basic standards expected in a rental and requires urgent rectification. I hope that the homeowners are able to see the lack of property management of their home. In addition, I wonder if management at vtrips and Steve Milo are aware of these issues representing their brand."

"Views were amazing! House had plenty of room for our family. We unfortunately didn’t get to the house until 3 days into our trip due to our layover flight in Baltimore getting cancelled multiple times, but that was no fault of the rental company. We still made the best of the days we had at the beach. A few complaints about the house, the ants, wow were there ants! You couldn’t sit any food down on the kitchen counters for any meals without the ants flooding the counters. Both bathrooms also had ants, they wouldn’t stay off our toothbrushes. One other thing was the tv, they only had Roku live tv so you were very limited in the evenings on what you could watch, but wasn’t a deal breaker. I sent a few texts and nobody responded to me. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time at this beach house. We probably wouldn’t stay here again unless we knew the ants were no longer a problem, they were really a hassle. But It was honestly a perfect house and perfect views they just need to get someone to take care of the ants."

"We booked in Bayview cape coral. It was more stressful than a vacation. 1. Got there on Friday night AC was not working, I called customer service they did a quick fix on Saturday, Saturday evening AC was not working again all night was hot sticky my kids complaining, called again and no one came to fix the AC , so we were without AC until we left the house. 2. Got there Friday night the pool was full of ants and we had to clean up with the net. No one came to clean the pool. 3. Noisy neighbors taking pictures of our vehicles and putting bright lights towards the pool side. 4. Pool filter not properly working, pool was foggy. Customer service said Management was going to called me regarding compensation it's been a week and have not received a call from management. The view was beautiful but I had a stressful time trying to get someone to come fix the issues in the house."

"We stayed at Ocean Sands North Building Condo 1204 in Madeira Beach Florida on the first two weeks of May 2023. Everything went smoothly with the owner and using VTrips they were very organized. There is a minimum stay of 14 days. The Condo unit is a studio which was in great shape, because new owners recently took it over and redid the whole inside. It was freshly painted had its own washer and dryer in the unit and a new bed. The Condo has its own balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a great view of the sunsets. The overall maintenance of the building was great, it looked like it was recently painted and they seemed to always be cleaning it during the day and also checking the pool and spa water. There is a deck at the front of the building with a Tiki hut which you can BBQ at, it also has a shuffleboard that can be used. The building is located 1.8 miles North of John's Pass and it has several restaurants' and bars all within walking distance of the Condo. We had a great stay and highly recommend this Condo unit. We have been going to Madeira Beach since 2014 and it was the best Condo unit we stayed in yet."

"My family and I booked our trip in January 2023 to Galveston @ the mermaid headquarters. The property stated to have a lit fishing pier, gas bbq, was pet friendly ( with a fence ), the house smelled so bad of mold ( you can see where it was covered on walls by paint), multiple TV’s and have plenty of room for 9 people, none of this was true! When we arrived I called property management and explained all the things that were advertised and not there or were just broken. We could not find any place else is what I was told by the property management and they would bring us a gas grill like the description said. We checked in on Sunday but never got the grill till Tuesday around 6 pm. I had to wash towels myself and clean the house just to make it a bit better. The icing on the cake was when I saw a rat run up into the house. Ryson the Property Management Company does not care at all. I spoke with the operations manager no less than four times as well as numerous staff members on her team. Please do not rent from this company if you want to have what you are promised and paying for!"
