"I stupidly messed up a light fixture very high up in my stairway using a cheap extension pole to change the lightbulb. Ended up pulling out the light fixture and getting the bulb stuck with the attachment... I called Bob to get a quote and he answered his cell immediately. He gave me a quote and was even able to come by the same day to fix the problem. He kept me updated on when he would arrive (which was great because I have two dogs I needed to hide) and once here, he was able to fix the mess in less than an hour despite how incredibly high the fixture was.
