"Very happy. I got one of those letters from the city of Clermont that I have a water leak and I was using 12-13 gallons per hour. I had a leak detector company come out and they found the leak and when they were done they recommended John Taylor Plumbing to me. I called John earlier in the afternoon and after a few back and forth voicemails he told me he'd be out to see me sometime tomorrow. To my surprise I got a text from him a little over an hour later that he was 10 minutes from me and on his way. When he got here he got straight to work and fixed the leak very quickly. Same day service and the rate that he charged was good too. I'll be keeping John's # and sharing it with anyone that needs his services. "John Taylor Plumbing was recommended to me from Next Door, when we needed 2 toilets installed and a new bathroom vanity installed and faucet hook up. After calling several plumbers, John Taylor was responsive and very accommodating. We were having new floors installed and the installation team was not on schedule and had to come back out. John rearranged his schedule for us and said if we needed him to come out immediately so we would have a working toilet, he would do so. It didn't come to that but he came out several times (all delays not caused by him but the flooring installation team). He was very professional and we will use him in the future for all of our plumbing needs."
