"We needed help with fixing our screen door at my property there in Florida. We do not live there so I thought I hired someone who can be trusted. He was aware that we do not live there so he would take care of the job. He provided a reasonable quote for the repair. He replaced the screen door, did not screw it in properly and took a picture to show that it was done. My tenants reached out to me and states that the screen door fell out and was not repaired. After reaching out, he tells me that the track was warped and he did what was within the scope of the job. What's the point of replacing a screen door if it's not going to work? He never mentioned this issue in the beginning, then we could have addressed the issue with him at the moment. We asked him to fix something, did not fix the main issue to begin with and now the screen door that was "replaced" is damaged. We just wasted our money and please don't waste yours."
