"I reached out to this company to have a small bathroom tiled and a vanity and toilet installed. After discussing the job and sharing photos, we agreed on a price and a start date. My husband and I spent all weekend demoing the bathroom in preparation for him to start the job Monday. Monday came and went with no sign of or communication from him. It has been three days and he still has not shown up or answered any texts. I am now stuck with a demolished bathroom and no answers as to what happened. I've reached out to other handymen and it seems like it will be a month and a half before anyone else can come. My family is stuck with one bathroom for the foreseeable future, and the friends who were planning to visit in August will have to change their plans since we will no longer be able to accommodate them. I couldn't imagine trusting this person in my home. Very disappointed."

"Good work. Trustworthy. Dan replaced a bathtub. This job became a bigger job when the pipe was found to leak and there was water damage under the tub. He charged me a fair price for the extra unanticipated work. My tenant is happy since Dan reassured him that everything would be fixed asap."
