"I called (9am) to get the assembly in the tank of my toilet replaced. They said they could come around 3pm. At 5pm they arrived (father and daughter?), didn't call to explain they would be late, and immediately the language barrier was a problem. They were mainly Spanish speakers with broken English. I explained what I wanted done, they quoted $120, I said a plumber would charge $100, so they accepted $100. They went to the store to get the assembly (I assumed), but when they came back they had only purchased a small piece, and wouldn't be replacing the whole assembly. I gave them $20 for their time and sent them home. Spanish speakers might get more from their service, but they were also late and were seriously overcharging for their services, so it had to end."

"Mr. Handyman has been an asset to me. I have a rental home and a few months ago it flooded due to a pipe bursting in a wall. I hired a restoration company to do the work but they ended up being dishonest. Once they were fired I had to find someone to help me rebuild my home. I cannot say enough praise about Mr. Handyman. Matthew came out the day I called him and was on the job the very next day. He did the drywall, plumbing, flooring and installed the granite. Don't run all over town trying to find dependable help. Mr. Handyman does it all at an affordable price with quality work."

Called and was told they were on the other side of town - how about later today? Okay. Scheduled that and surprise...no one showed up again. Called and was asked to wait a few more hours. Told him at that point to forget it because I have lost faith that anyone will show up. What a joke. Edit: Now I see why they have so many "glowing reviews". Check out the profiles of anyone that has left one. They have ALL rated the EXACT same 4 companies. Fake reviews. Wow. New level of low."

They gave me an estimate over the phone, came on the same day I called which was impressively short notice, and performed quality work. They were professional, helpful, courteous and even entertaining. I can't praise them enough!
