"Just stayed here for a week, location was great but Golf carts are not allowed if you have a car at your unit. Before booking I called the Office, asked if golf carts are allowed and was told absolutely. When we arrived, the golf cart was out front near the office . Upon checking in, the office staff stated we couldn’t have the golf cart. The Staff doesn’t know the HOA rules and the golf cart company (Zoom Around) said that this has been going on with Ahola Kai staff. Lucky we got a full refund for the golf cart. I wouldn’t stay here again cause the staff lied about the golf cart policy. In my opinion they tell you on the phone golf carts are allowed to get you booked!! Read the cancellation policy before booking."

"Best beach ⛱️ for my opinion. We stayed at ocean front cabin and it was even better. Room was not bad, bathroom( special shower curtain, bathtub was too old and dirty. Kitchen cabinets stinky and all dishes, appliances very old( looks like from 70 ). But porch, view, mattress was exellent. We love ❤️ it so far, but not sure if we will rent it out this unit again."

"Loved this location, our comfortable bungalow, and beach access was just steps away, all truly amazing! And Siesta Kay has a casual, clean, small town appeal we also loved. Would return to both SK and AK again without hesitation. Great beach. Walking is very popular here, easy to get in 10000 steps next to the ocean or on Midnight Pass Road, or as I liked, a combo. Bungalow was cute, clean, well equipped and we felt safe and at home here. Also friendly neighbours and bonus: gorgeous sunsets!!"

"Amazing private beach, and perfect accommodations! The little beach homes are comfortable and inviting. For days where the beach isn't great, the pool is one of the best I've ever swam in. 10ft depth & salt water, and generously oversized. The place is extremely quiet thanks to not having to share a wall with other guests, and the staff was wonderful. We will be returning sooner than we thought. If you're looking for something that feels like home and isn't a high rise building, you honestly can't do any better than this in Siesta Key. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience!!! See you again soon!"
