"Love it all. It is such a nice little compound near the beach. Love how they provide beach trolleys with supplies per cottage. Also, love the cottage vibe verses condos. A bit dated but well kept. Close to everything. Love the lights at night on our cottage and hammocks . Parking right outside our cottage Wild Plum. Defined worth the stay."

"We had a lovely time at The Cottages at Siesta Key. The Cottage we stayed in was well presented and equipped. It was quiet but convenient for a short walk to local restaurants. The fabulous beach was only a short walk away and the Cottage came with beach chairs, umbrella and a pull buggy to transport our things. If we visit Siesta Key again we would be more than happy to book again."

"We are really enjoying our stay at The Cottages. Our unit is lovely and roomy and we are located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. There is also a free tramline within about a block of us. The facility and landscaping are very well maintained and the staff is helpful and thoughtful. We are a block from the beach entrance and the beach is clean with beautiful white sand. Fabulous pool."

"Our vacation is not over. However, I would like to say that this location has redeemed itself from negative past reviews. Is it a five star hotel? No, but I’m going to give this place five stars because of the price, the location, and the accommodations. The staff is friendly, the price was reasonable, and the location is ideal for a relaxing family vacation. I will add more photos to my review."

"My family of four stayed at this property back in 2017 (family of 3 at the time). At that time, we had a relatively good experience at the property. It had been recently renovated and the property was clean and well kept. The only downside was the walk to the beach- which was further than expected. This time around we anticipated the walk but were ok with it since we were familiar with the property and area (judging it from our prior experience). This time around it was far from a desirable experience. The inside, as well as, the outside of the property seemed abandoned and unattended since our last stay-3 years ago. 1-The pool was murky and when we, as well as other guests, brought it up to management they advised us the pool would be shocked. Immediately, after shocking the pool they said it "was safe" for children to swim. First off, I am familiar with pools and the chemicals after shocking are never safe for the first 24 hours. Secondly, the pool was still murky. 2- The bathroom toilet, sink and kitchen sink kept getting clogged despite the maintenance personnel's attempts to correct. It made it nearly impossible to cook or wash up. 3-The inside of our room smelled clean when first walking in but the bathroom tile had mold, air vents were clogged with dust and there was even a roach inside of our bathroom cabinet. Images attached. Needless to say, although I rarely leave poor reviews I wanted to share my experience. Everyone deserves to receive the truth when choosing a place to spend there hard earned vacation days with their family. During the COVID pandemic, my family and I took our time when selecting a location for vacationing and decided it was best to stay at a familiar spot we thought we'd feel comfortable. You would think property owners would take greater care of the condition of their properties and safety and concern for their guests. So sad and disappointed."
