"This apartment complex was the worst decision I could have ever made. The amenities like the sauna are always out of service. The Amazon delivery drivers never know where to deliver the packages. The cell service in the building is horrible. There’s no service in the gym and the community wifi never works. Additionally, the stairways leak every time it rains, making me question the integrity of the entire building. Worst of all, maintenance is impossible to reach. I was locked out of my apartment one night when the app for the electronic lock wasn’t working and I tried 4 different numbers that were all rerouted to people who could not help me. I’m very disappointed in the way this apartment is managed and their choice of technology, from the door lock system to the portal for rent payment."
