"Beyond horrible management. They never answer any calls and have no interest in helping the residents. This place is a horrible and nobody should move here until major changes are made. Many residents have been charged double to quadruple the water bill and we were basically told they don't care enough to do anything. Every month huge issues arise and nobody cares to fix it. The only functional staff member is Brandon - the head of maintenance. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

"This place is a mess. Every unit has mold, nearly everything is broken (gates, doors), almost nothing advertised is true (no dog park, no dog wash, most definitely not anything close to “luxury”), the management is replaced every couple months, there is dog poop IN EVERY CREVICE of this property, and most importantly anytime it rains your car will get flooded as there is no drainage in the property. The electrical wiring in the units is subpar (oven barely gets hot on broil, refrigerator sweats on the coldest setting, constant breaker resets). For this overpriced storage unit, you can rent better."

"Please listen to the horrible reviews!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. After being one of the first residents it’s safe to say management is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing at all. There has been multiple changes in management and cannot take constructive criticism when it comes to fixing the inconvenient issues we’ve had. We’ve had multiple issues with the Latch lock system, we were promised passes to get into gate that were never given, the way to pay rent is very confusing AND THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LAUGHABLE. It is very difficult to get in touch with the office being that they are simply only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Along with deliberately avoiding answering phone calls. The only way to get you will get somewhat of your issues fixed is if you are able to go in office.(My roommates and I all work 9am to 5pm, we’ve have had to leave work early in order to get anything done with the leasing office ) And they are awful with communicating and following up with their residents. Please beware this property has so much potential but is going to run into the ground if they continue with this management. The price of this property does not equate to the quality of service received!"

"I have been a resident of The Stellar for some time now, and I have to say that I have no complaints about the unit or anything on the property, except for one thing: the new management they have now, specifically, Alexis Robinson. She is unpleasant to work with and a very rude and unethical person. She seems to forget that I'm not a brand new tenant but someone who has been in this location for quite some time and never had a complaint until now. It's unfortunate that someone like her is the first face you see when you walk into the Stellar office. She is not a people person and is almost impossible to communicate with. I've never had any issues with anyone in the office, and Abby has been fantastic to work with, along with the previous employees like Jasmine & Kristin ."

"The main grounds are nice and we appreciated the convenient Latch “smart lock” system as well as the Luxer secure package room, but there were many issues throughout our 14 month lease: Shortly after move in we requested a new screen door for the patio, as ours would not slide properly. We were told by maintenance multiple times that they were “working on it” but even on move out day we still had no screen door. Small pieces of the flooring were missing in the bedroom and kitchen, as if the construction team didn’t care enough to properly trim the flooring. When we moved in we had to do a full cleaning of the unit as there was construction dust EVERYWHERE. The gates to enter the property were usually broken. After just about a month of living there, we noticed a crack in the ceiling that extended from the balcony all the way inside to our living room. We had a water leak in the living room due to this which was quickly fixed, but for the rest of our lease we also had a leak on the balcony whenever it rained that was never fixed. By the time we moved out, we noticed the crack had extended further towards the kitchen. Yet another thing that went wrong was our brand new washer not powering on. We went two weeks without access to laundry in our unit and instead had to take our clothing to the local laundromat, which adds up (time and money) quickly. We inquired multiple times about the status of the repair and were told that they had to wait for corporate or whoever to approve the repair request, even though it was under warranty still. I got sick of this and called up Whirlpool myself and had someone out the very next day to take a look. We were eventually able to use an empty unit’s laundry machines, but only due to our multiple requests and not because management offered. It took us almost two months of multiple phone calls, emails (giving our forwarding address twice), in-person visits, etc to get our security deposit back. The absolute worst of it all is that we discovered that we (1 bedroom unit) had been paying for our neighbor’s (3 bedroom unit) electricity for AN ENTIRE YEAR due to incorrect wiring and meter labeling. This resulted in a $900 overpayment credit from FPL, who also said we were likely only the first to discover this issue and wouldn’t be the last to go through this at The Stellar. I went without electricity for an entire day (as I work from home this is quite inconvenient) and the “help” from the management was less than stellar to say the least. I waited for hours in the lobby for assistance before I finally got desperate and continued trying to solve the issue myself. The maintenance man even made it a point to remind us that he was leaving at 5pm so we’d be on our own if it wasn’t fixed before then. I was told by management that this was not The Stellar’s fault and I was told by FPL that this was in fact the responsibility of The Stellar and whichever electrician was contracted. Regardless, be very aware if you decide to move here. Overall, it seems that there was not much attention put into this development unfortunately. It has the potential to be a great place to live, but based on my experience I would recommend to avoid this apartment complex and look elsewhere."
