"Happy Holidays… Falls of Marina has an amazing marina scenery just feet’s away from your doorstep! The architecture with the marina designs on the exterior of the building and the many tropical trees and flowers gives the ambience of living at a resort everyday. I would like to compliment management on one of your leasing agents. I met Marta on my second visit to look at the apartments and her entire demeanor was very pleasant, friendly and professional. She smiled with a charm and spoke in a way that made you comfortable which also made you feel like you knew her. It was certainly an entirely different encounter from the initial visit with another leasing representative, where I was met with an unfriendly glance and she told me that she was busy at the moment (doing something on the computer at the time) and I would have to wait. I left after almost waiting an hour without the representative even addressing me again. Marta displayed all the techniques of a great leasing agent. She made a great first impression, she engaged in conversation matching my needs and she kept a line of communication between us by following up with me constantly. She instinctively utilizes the most important skill with her delivery, of building rapport in order to negotiate getting the lease signed.
