"That is a nice place to live. Clean, pace, quiet. Gardens very beautiful. Just they upgrade the Pool area and become gorgeous. Nice relationship between price and quality. I had been looking for an affordable place for a long time and I got it and I’m going to my 2nd year living over there. Pest control on time, comfortable laundry area and It is pet friendly. Thank you for give me a place that I can call “home”."

"I've been a year at Ashley's and all i can say is the apartments are modern beautiful and the atmosphere feels as if you were at a resort. The staff is very friendly and accessible, always making sure everything is in working order; they are constantly making renovations to the place. Recently we got new pool furniture and new washers and dryers. The pictures on the web are not updated and does not give this place the credit it deserves. If you're looking to live in a safe, beautiful environment Ashley's Apartments is the place to be at."

"I've been an Ashley Place for the past 4 years. Never have I had an issue living in this complex. Everyone in the building, from tenants, to the leasing office personnel are extremely friendly and approachable. Any time I have a problem in the apartment, which is rarely, the office will send someone to fix the problem with 24-48 hours (excluding emergencies). The ladies in the leasing office are truly extraordinary for going above and beyond when handed task. I can thankfully say it's been a very peaceful experience. I can truly say its been a peaceful experience living in Ashley Place."

"Don’t be fooled by the pictures. or if you go see the place in person don’t get distracted by the new paint and the new flooring. This place is DISGUSTING. when you first move in you don’t notice anything but once you settle in the apartment, it won’t take long to see the infestation roaches. And they are everywhere! In the bathroom! The kitchen! everywhere! We advised maintenance and they basically said we brought them in with our furniture. Which is ridiculous because we were staying in a duplex and didn’t have any issues such as this. Management takes forever to respond to issues and don’t have no sense of urgency. Requested the fixtures to be changed in the bathroom, was given a date and they never showed up! There is no parking. Every apartment is allowed only one parking spot. But, don’t be shock to come home and there is a vehicle parked in your parking spot already. And if you have visitors they have to find parking outside around the building, which is hard because it’s a hard and your vehicle has a big chance of getting stolen. They have an automated gate to enter the apartment but you’ll constantly see random people walking through them that don’t live at the building. Do yourself a favor, the price tag might be tempting, but you don’t need the headache or the trouble. Stay clear of the hell hole!! It just sucks I can’t give this place a negative star because it doesn’t even deserve a 1 star"

"I have been living in Ashley Place for 3 years and just renewed my lesse. I have plans to stay till I can buy my home again. Of course I don't live across the Ocean with Sunny Isles views but for the safety...price ... location and all the complex has to offer I am completely satisfied . Never had roach problems and management and maintenance staff rrsovesr all issues immediately. I am also a realtor and had closed several deals with the comunity and despite bad reviews about credit score and racism I can assure they are not true . They is no such thing as minimum 400 credit score for approval . Very seldom people take time to write and send compliments appreciating someone's business and very often they spent negative time posting bad reviews. Not just me as a tenant and also all my tenants that had rented at the community are very satisfied. The prices are very affordable and a rental specialist I can assure there are no better options for central avenue units...remodeles ...covered parking garage and cameras for this budget! Not just this management staff deserves the best recognition but as well as previous one .Office is completely organized and on site to assist at any concerns. This is a family complex and I never had any issue with safety..noise or lack of maintenance. Ana the manager as well as Hayden and Daylet are the most professional people I had the pleasure to work with!!!!"
