"I rented 13780 #104 for a year. Neighbors were loud and disruptive there were always people hanging out at all times of the night in the hallways and in front of the apartment. Trash was everywhere and upstairs neighbors constantly threw their garbage in front of my patio. Nadlan management the property management company never fixed items it responded to maintenance requests and on move out charged me for repairing items I had already submitted requests for. They are with holding my deposit and saying that they are not in charge of that but won’t give me the phone number for the property owner so I can discuss my deposit with them."

"Do not rent from here, the apartments are worn down. Garbage is everywhere literally everyday. The tenants are nasty and very loud, you can complain multiple times and no one will help. Mold is not only in the walls but the vents. Multiple tenants have had to deal with plumbing issues and flooding that leads to personal property damage that they will not replace. They have hired a janky tow company who tows your car for the fun of it and the owner Carlos Chialastri will not only ignore & screen your calls but he will not help! They’re are several landlords I rent from Randy Joseph & Gaston Derchi and like every other tenant who has issues with their landlord I have had issues since moving in. NO ONE HELPS!!!! They are all good for one thing and one thing only collecting the rent the first of the month, and pretending to forget when something needs to be fixed or handled. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Whatever bad reviews you’ve seen on this apartment complex it is absolutely true. I currently live here and the maintenance team is horrible. They take forever for a response or to fix something. The management of this property don’t let them fool you on moving here once your here your basically on your own when it comes to getting things done also they don’t have a WiFi provider as in Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T don’t service this area only satellite WiFi which is slow as hell and expensive."

"The people who lives here, they are not clean they put their trash outside their door, where the garbage dumpster a few feet away. But its quite here.. Family friendly"

"My mother and i are owners and have been living here for over 8 years since built. In the first three years you were only allowed to live here if you had hopes in buying a condo. I could just remember the nice residents who lived here previously. Beautiful families, diverse community, security was available. Then shorty most of the owners started to move and then they started to accept leasing applications. The place is now extremely un-kept and filthy, theres a lot of kids running around and to top it off theres thugs hanging around everywhere being Disrespectful.They are selling drugs in and out of here and no one reports them. On some days the parking lot gets full, people will blatantly park in your assigned parking space and argue with you like your in the wrong. They speed throughout the parking lot like its an interstate. I'm surprised that a kid has not been hit. The garbage area is a mess and gravity is everywhere. They leave food, bottles, chip bags and tobacco and blunt fillings on the steps. People vandalized there cars in the complex. oh and theres footballing playing in the middle of the parking lot 24/7 and music playing at all hours of the night. The association still has the nerve to charge us association fee every month for this bulls*t. We moved from the ghetto to come right back to the ghetto.I also heard that they are going to turn this place into section 8 eventually so we are moving asap!!!!!! Advice, don't move here!!!! ITs not worth it!"
