"What a great new space for the Oakland Park/east Fort Lauderdale community!! As homeowners insurance rates continue to SKYROCKET, renting might just be the way to go in South Florida. The whole building has a luxurious feel to it- from the clubhouse, to the gym, to the pool deck/views of the city. Even the parking was well thought out- plenty of spacious spots versus often feeling cramped at other buildings. I’m excited to tour one of your units to see if I can call Oaklyn my home one day!"

"Absolutely beautiful property. The view from the clubhouse is breathtaking- sunrise or sunset. Large and spacious modern design. They have some great artwork too! Great location. Safe and convenient area."

"I generally love the building but when you pay a premium for an apartment such as this, you are paying for the amenities. The pool still has yet to be open to residents and the dog park is basically unusable. I was told before signing a lease that both of these amenities would be open in a few weeks. They are the main reason I moved here. I’ve been here for months now."

"Toured this place a few days ago. Was really excited going into the tour but won't be renting. Leasing agent could not have been more apathetic. His key didn't work in 4/5 units. I liked the unit but just wanted to see the different view (facing FTL) before signing. Asked if he could send a photo in the a.m. when he got access, at least: "No." Rooftop is honestly amazing, but the pool is "closed" until "mid-February" for "permits." Asked if I could push my move-in date a week to ensure the pool would be open: "No." In retrospect, I'm glad he made it so difficult for me to commit, because I will be passing on this building (went with Las Olas-area instead.) It's a relatively new building and I'm sure they will get the situation figured out, especially with the direct competitor a few minutes north having just opened this week (Old Town Apartments.) I wish them luck."

"I have had a good time live in person tour around this property today. I did meet ones of sales marketing associate, Spencer is a great and nice guy. I also think he is doing good job tour everywhere at this apartment community. This property look a very nice community. It is a great location near by shopping center, beaches, downtown, and the other areas."
