Set Point Apartments

"Worse place I have ever lived I wouldn’t recommend living here to my worst of enemies.management sucks and are a bunch off liars water always cutting off atleast twice a .Dont even think off having a maintenance issue it will take at minimum 2/3 weeks before management tell the maintenance worker unless you go to them directly. Worse part is tryna end your least they would find all kind off reason not to give you back you security .seriously don’t ever apply to live here is not worth it run from this place"

"I moved in in 2019 and am unfortunately moving to another city for work otherwise I would have stayed. The staff is friendly and kind, the grounds are well maintained and maintenance is prompt and helpful. This is a overall quiet complex. The only warning I would give is that it is an older building so beware of that but if you can live with that this is a wonderful place to live"

"As a vendor, I can honestly say that Set Point is an absolute gem. The management staff at this place is truly outstanding. Every time I walk in, I witness the residents being warmly greeted by their first names, and the staff is always ready to lend a helping hand and address any concerns they may have. I must mention that Melissa, Lorene, and Quentin, along with the maintenance staff, are simply amazing."

"This is my first apartment and I love it! The complex is well maintained and has laundry machines on each floor. The leasing managers are also really nice. There’s plenty of parking. The leasing office holds events to meet the neighbors. There’s an exterminator that comes to the complex weekly that you can request come to your apartment. The pool is so nice and there’s a grill too. I recommend!"

It was not like that with Set Point. My leasing agent, Quentin was helpful from the moment I walked into the door. I get anxious throughout the process, but he answered all my questions and kept me updated through every step. He also made the moving process very smooth and I felt very much as home from the first day. Since being here, I have had no issues. The community is very well-maintained, well-kept and very clean. The apartment is very spacious and the surrounding area is close to everything. I truly love here and Quentin and the staff at Set Point has made me feel at home."
