"When considering a new place to live, many factors came to play: location, budget, amenities, convenience, etc. Upon visiting BLYS, it was clear this community would check all of the boxes. The pool, gym, clubhouse, common areas, offices, coffee bar, pet area- all in tip top shape. The units themselves are large, updated with new and modern appliances and fixtures, flooring, and tile. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Bill Johnson was our sales associate and was incredible through the entire process. He was helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and very kind. Even after move in he has been easy to get a hold of and get help from. Bill was great to work with from start to finish. "Really terrific complex and a really good value compared to similar places around. Jeferson was terrific in handling the leasing process and accommodating my changes. The co-working space is absolutely amazing and really great for remote workers who get sick of being in their apartment all the time. Riverwalk is really nice and the gym has very good equipment in perfect condition. There are more amenities in the works but the amenities they have so far are better than any of the other complexes in the area. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The appliances and furnishings are top-notch too."
