"Management is more concern with who parks at the complex than the complex itself. “Maintenance” although he is the only employee of the complex who you see consistently, his work involves socializing with tenants and sharing tenants stories, than actually “fixing” . Management is never there! Unanswered calls and emails. After, three years! of being a loyal and on time paying tenant, I was stood-up to do the final walk-through. I took time off work (unpaid) to be there and the same curtesy was not given. Lily was a GREAT complex manager and had AMAZING customer service skills. I met Ana one time for the first time at my third year renewal. Who ever the CORPORATE MANAGER is for the complex needs to better manage their employees.After three years I was left with a very sour experience and this is why I left breaking my lease."

"Speak up and speak out about the Notice to Enters and invasion of your privacy! THIS IS NOT NORMAL OR OKAY TO DO TO TENANTS. Leave a 1 star review if you're fed up. They apparently pay more attention to these reviews than they do at the main office. Speak Up!"

"Do not, and I mean do not, live here if you like privacy. They force tennants to undergo 2-3 inspections a month (that's 24-36 inspections a year, geez) for reasons that never seem to be conclusive in terms of maintaining anything. They've also installed water restricting pipes if they think you're using 'too much water???'. Not a good place to live if you're rarely home as they can come in whether you like it or not."
